You also work directly with the lawyer on the file. There are no layers between you and the person making the decisions, so questions get answered the same day and your work gets looked at properly.
What you can expect

Who we hire
Associates
If you hold a licence from the Law Society of Ontario and want a practice rather than a department, this is a place to build one. We are interested in lawyers who can explain a hard thing simply and who do not go quiet when a file turns difficult.
Law clerks and paralegals
Real estate, litigation and estates clerks carry much of what makes a file work. If you are organized, careful with deadlines and comfortable speaking to clients directly, we would like to hear from you.
Legal assistants and administrative staff
Often the first voice a worried person hears. We look for people who are warm on the phone, precise with documents, and unflappable when three urgent things land at once.
Students
Summer, co-op and articling placements come up as capacity allows. If you are a student who wants to see whole files rather than fetch coffee, introduce yourself and tell us what you want to learn.
